Job Summary
- Lead overall financial strategy and planning
- Analyze financial performance and support cost control and revenue optimization
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial analysis
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Manage accounting operations and financial controls
- Monitor cash flow investments and cost management
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws
- Support executive decision-making with financial insights
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team
- Optimise and develop systems to improve efficiency and information.
- Partner with department heads for financial planning and decision-making
- Lead guide and develop the finance team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field (MBA/CA preferred)
- 812 years of experience preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking ability
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
