Bachelor Thesis Automated Creation of Knowledge Articles & Video Tutorials from Support Tickets using AI in Mobile Hydraulics

• During your Thesis you will comprehensively design and analyze the automated extraction and processing of knowledge from JSM tickets.
• Furthermore you will develop a redesigned dynamic knowledge template for the BODAS community suitable for both text and video content.
• In Addition you will create a functional prototype (bot or script) demonstrating the process from data extraction to populating the knowledge template.
• You will investigate the feasibility of connecting to platforms like Synthesia for the automated creation of video tutorials and if applicable implement this as a prototype.
• Lastly you will write your bachelors thesis in which you will describe the methodology results and the developed concept in detail.

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelor studies in the field of Computer science Business Informatics Software Engineering Data Science or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: first practical experience in a programming language such as Python; familiarity with APIs (e.g. REST); basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning and ideally Natural Language Processing (NLP); interest in analyzing and optimizing technical processes; initial experience with tools such as Jira is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: you work independently and in a structured manner are highly motivated to learn about new topics and find creative and pragmatic solutions to complex tasks; you find it easy to approach problems analytically and are enthusiastic about innovative technologies to help shape the future of automation; you are communicative and enjoy working in a team to exchange ideas and achieve goals together
• Work Routine: office attendance required
• Languages: fluent in German and English

Duration: 6 months
