Analyst (Real-World Solutions, Medical Strategy) (mwd)

We are a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative solutions. Our team is committed to support clients in designing and conducting customized patient-centric Real-World Solutions (RWS) studies leading Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) projects and providing strategic consulting in Medical Affairs.

As an Analyst RWS you will play a pivotal role in supporting multiple medical consulting projects. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of complex projects in the areas of RWS Medical Strategy and PCS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently conduct or support the execution of prospective and retrospective epidemiological/non-interventional studies from planning to project completion.

• Development and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger complex projects including protocol writing analysis and reporting conduct of patient and HCP interviews and workshops.

• Prepare relevant study documents protocols study reports and client presentations ensuring timely identification of bottlenecks and proactive problem-solving.

• Contribute to the execution of PCS projects (i.e. patient experience research) including the design development and delivery of client deliverables and presentations.

• Develop client relationships through face-to-face discussions workshops telephone or email contact.

Your Profile:

• Advanced degree in natural sciences ideally in pharmacy life sciences medicine or epidemiology.

• Strong logical strategic and critical thinking skills focus on quality service and solutions.

• Growth mindset and detail-oriented well-organized highly independent highly motivated and with a good sense of humor.

• Medical Strategy and Medical Affairs: sound knowledge of the medical function in pharmaceutical companies including medical evidence planning medical and scientific communications medical training and engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) would be beneficial.

• Affinity for data and excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Experience in data analysis (advanced Excel skills); familiarity with Python or a programming language is a plus.

• Strong customer orientation confident presentation skills and a high level of responsibility reliability and communication skills fluent in German and English.

• Solid experience using Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
