Echos Intermodal Operations Department is seeking a passionate self-starting professional to join our team as the role of Senior Account this role you will be instrumental in supporting our sales team and delivering top-tier service to Echos clients by managing all aspects of their Intermodal shipping needs. You will maintain and update operating procedures when necessary working closely with inter-departmental teams at Echo to ensure the book of business is positioned for success.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Quote book dispatch manage and track shipments using Echos proprietary systems
Proactively book and monitor shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
Schedule carrier appointments based on client needs and priorities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues (missed pickups late deliveries etc.)
Communicate shipment updates and risks to client sales teams
Share accessorial updates proactively to protect margin and revenue
Ensure accurate timely billing; flag changes or adjustments quickly
Follow established operating procedures
Collaborate daily with team members to ensure load coverage
Develop expertise in Echos proprietary technology
Support multiple sales reps teams and managers
Cross-cover roles as needed when team members are out
About You
2 years of customer service experience
Strong sense of urgency and time management
Proactive always improving processes
Skilled at building and maintaining client relationships
Communicates effectively across all levels and personalities
Strong problem-solving mindset
Thrives in fast-paced ever-changing environments

Requirements
BA/BS degree with a strong GPA
3 years customer service in a business services environment or 2 years internal Echo operations experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong business acumen
Knowledge of transportation modes
