Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. If you enjoy working with people are motivated to earn and want a career with growth potential this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
• Build relationships and provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong client base
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and current promotions

Qualifications:

• Sales experience is a plus but not required-we will train the right candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits:

• $3000 guaranteed earnings for the first 90 days during your training period
