Join Lake Tech as a Career Advisor and help students take their first step toward a brighter future! This is a highly interactive role where youll work with prospective students on the phone and in person guiding them through enrollment and helping them feel confident in their next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students (phone & in person)
• Explain programs and support enrollment for upcoming classes
• Work alongside financial aid and business offices to register students into classes
• Maintain accurate records paperwork and documentation for compliance
• Build rapport and support current and prospective students throughout the process

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and comfort with high-volume phone and in-person interaction
• Customer service mindset and ability to build rapport quickly
• Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with student information systems (Focus or similar) preferred
