Position: Specialist Bid & Proposal Vascular - Portuguese (Located in Madrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Public Tenders and present them in a timely manner on electronic platforms.
Prepare new offers to Customer and respond to quotation requests and price enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Keep tender records in an efficient manner allowing easy but secure access by relevant sales staff.
Track tender and sales contract renewal/submission dates and respond accordingly.
Keep consignment records according policy.
Minimum requirements:
Experience: 1 year in tender processes and price quotation in Portugal market
Portugues C2 or Native - Mandatory
English is a plus
Minimum high school
Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel
Sap Demand is a plus
Medical Device industry administrative experience is a plus
