Supply Commit & Production Planning

• Plan production loading and output to meet demand under capacity and inventory constraints
• Use MES/SAP to improve planning accuracy and production efficiency
• Coordinate shipment plans and weekly execution across Planning and Supply Chain
• Align priorities and resolve cross-functional issues to meet weekly demand targets
• Define lot priorities to support customer and shipment requirements

Performance Monitoring & Tactical Planning

• Monitor production KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
• Track plan misses and perform weekly backfill adjustments
• Define weekly capacity allocation risks and tactical priorities
• Manage resource allocation across Manufacturing Engineering QA and Equipment

Capacity Modeling & Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate capacity models through audits and validation
• Enhance capacity and planning models as needed
• Manage slow-moving aged hold and bank inventory to optimize levels
• Support inter-site inventory balancing with global planning teams

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline (fresh graduates welcome).
• Good command of English with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of SAP Power BI RPA SQL is a plus.
