Head of WSP France, Belgique & Luxembourg HF

In a context of strategic transformation and high performance requirements we are seeking a Business Unit Director to lead and develop the affinity insurance business in France Belgium and Luxembourg within the EMEA region. The director plays a key role in deploying the strategy in France while identifying development opportunities in other European markets. They will operate in a challenging environment within a mature and highly competitive market that demands innovation and creativity the driving force behind profitable growth. Your Responsibilities Leadership and Governance Embody a unifying leadership style based on responsibility and trust Create cohesion and strengthen team engagement Implement demanding and collaborative management Support the strategic transformation of the business Serve as the strategic and operational liaison between the teams regional management (N1) and the group (N2) Strategy & Development Define and implement a new growth strategy Identify new development opportunities and strategic partnerships (telecommunications automotive manufacturers etc.) Lead the repositioning towards major B2B accounts Deploy the strategy in France and support its expansion in Europe Contribute to the international ambition Business Development Drive and accelerate revenue growth Establish and secure key partnerships Prospect and persuade high-level decision-makers (CEOs General Management) Foster an entrepreneurial and creative dynamic Value Economic Management & Performance Guarantee the achievement of revenue and profitability targets Optimize margins in a constrained environment Balance growth risk and performance Ensure structured reporting and seamless communication with the group
