Responsibilities:
- Identify and optimize opportunities for business growth and development within the different brokerage channelsto ensure continued success and expansion of the business
- Lead a team of brokerage channel sales to achieve for the sales target
- Lead to recruit retain and reactivate qualified and licensed brokers and corporate agencies
- Perform regular visits and trainings to brokers and corporate agencies and maintain good business relationship
- Plan design and develop sales and marketing programs to drive sales
- Review and develop proper administration procedures in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Support on ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned
Qualifications
- University graduate in any disciplines
- Minimum 8 years practical broker channel sales experience in life insurance industry
- Professional qualification of IIQAS or LOMA
- Strong leadership in motivating sales with well-built broker network
- Proficient in MS Word Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
