Are you a dedicated individual with a passion for providing exceptional service Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a motivated Porter to join our esteemed team at our luxurious establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and belongings
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in public areas including entrances and lobby
• Ensure the safety and security of those on the resort with regular resort walks and safety checks
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
• To be versed in the essentials of reception and night audit to aid on the desk if needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
• Valid drivers license preferred
