WhatYoullBe Driving

• Lead coach and develop a performance-focused used vehicle team to achieve volume gross and guest experience targets
• Set clear expectations around daily and weekly activities including appointments follow-ups and lead management while holding the team accountable to results
• Desk used vehicle deals with confidence structuring profitable and compliant transactions whilemaintaininga seamless guest experience
• Oversee inventory strategy including pricing merchandising aging and turn using tools likevAutoor equivalent
• Drive acquisition through strong appraisal practices strategic purchasing and collaboration with sourcing and wholesale partners
• Partner closely with Finance Service and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on promotions reconditioning timelines and overall sales execution
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care upholding high CSI standards
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to develop actionable strategies that improve conversion gross and inventory health

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven success leading a sales team in an automotive dealership environment with a strong focus on both volume and profitability
• Deep understanding of used vehicle strategy including pricing inventory management and acquisition
• Experience desking deals appraising trades and working collaboratively with Finance & Insurance teams
• Familiarity withvAutoor similar inventory and pricing tools is an asset
• A valid drivers license and the ability tooperatevehicles asrequired
