About the Job
As part of the Revival House team youll help create a warm energetic and memorable experience for every guest. Youll provide attentive service make thoughtful recommendations and work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly attentive and personalized service
- Learning our beverage menu and steps of service so you can confidently answer questions and make recommendations
- Using the Toast point-of-sale system to enter orders process payments and maintain accuracy
- Supporting teammates and assisting in other areas as needed
- Addressing guest feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Maintaining cleanliness organization and strong presentation standards
- Following our employee code of conduct to support a safe respectful and positive workplace
