Job Summary

SUMMARY:

Lexington Clinic Central Kentuckys largest multi-specialty healthcare provider is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design build and own the application layer of our physician compensation intelligence platform. This platform will serve as the system of record for physician compensation analytics and financial reconciliation across the organization providing role-based views to executives finance leadership and individual physicians.

This is not a typical enterprise web development role. The developer hired into this position must be fluent in both application engineering and financial data modeling. They will build the compensation calculation engine earned-versus-paid reconciliation logic and the rule-based systems that execute compensation plans including productivity thresholds stipends and bonuses. The application must meet enterprise standards for accuracy auditability and performance. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on hands-on development technical mentorship and direct partnership with clinical and operational stakeholders. This is an on-site position. Occasional weekend and evening work may be required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or a related field is preferred though extensive relevant experience will be accepted in place of formal education. Candidates must demonstrate 5 or more years of professional experience in full stack software development with strong proficiency in React (TypeScript) Core / C# and PostgreSQL. Deep knowledge of application architecture RESTful API design and relational database modeling is required. Experience building financial calculation engines reconciliation systems or compensation modeling tools is strongly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working with data where correctness has legal and compliance implications including Stark Law and FMV standards. Experience with Snowflake Azure Data Factory and data integration patterns is highly desired. Experience with cloud deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure App Service or equivalent CI/CD platforms is expected. Candidates must be comfortable working directly with clinical and operational stakeholders gathering requirements demonstrating solutions and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience with Entity Framework Core MSAL / Azure AD authentication and containerized deployments is advantageous.

PHYSICAL GUIDELINES:

Physical guidelines include the ability to move traverse and remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours per day. Manual dexterity articulate speech visual acuity and ability to hear.
