As a Security Officer Lobby Roverin Tempe AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. Our Front Desk Officers at a leading financial institution help create a welcoming professional presence by managing access monitoring the lobby responding to security-related concerns and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following security-related procedures location-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas greet visitors manage access requests and help to deter unauthorized entry in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Support visitor management processes credential checks and front desk documentation in alignment with the needs of a financial institution location.
• Answer questions provide directions and assist employees guests and vendors with front desk-related concerns while maintaining awareness of security-related activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Six or more months of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
