The role:

As a Dynamics 365 CI Solution Lead you will help drive our goals by:

• Leading the continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform tomaximisevalue across finance supplychainand operational processes.

• Shaping andmaintainingthe Business Central roadmap in alignment with JM IT strategy and future business needs.

• Designing and leading the delivery and global rollout of new Business Central capabilities ensuring scalability and adoption.

• Acting as the subject matter lead for Business Central providing functional and technical direction across modules and integrations.

• Providing governance and quality assurance over internal and third-party solution design and delivery.

• Supporting operational excellence through issue resolution testing coordinationdocumentationand user adoption activities.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Extensive experience leading Dynamics 365 Business Central or ERP implementations within complex internationalorganisations.

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Business Central including finance and supply chain modules.

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem including Power Platform Azureservicesand system integrations.

• Proven ability toanalysebusiness processes define systemrequirementsand translate them into scalable solutions.

• Experience governing and overseeing third-party delivery partners within structured governance frameworks.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
