Manager Technical Account Management Digital Media
Thisseasonedleader will managea team ofTechnical Account Managers (TAM). TAMs provide proactive technical leadership to customers who havepurchasedthe Elite Adobe Support Plan and who aregenerally ourlargest and most strategic customers.
WhatYoullDo
Lead mentor and support a group of 10-14 experienced Technical Account Managers based primarily in Lehi Utah with additional members across North America.Set clear expectations provide regular feedback and ensureconsistent delivery of teamobjectivesand deliverables.
Own overall team performance engagement and development. Establish goals and prioritiesmonitorprogress against commitments and address performance issues promptly and constructively.
Hire onboard andretaintop talent as the team evolves. Create an environment where experienced professionals can continue to grow their technical customer leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Partner with customers including senior technical leaders andexecutivesat large enterprisesand Fortune 500 organizations.Participate directly in key customer interactions to strengthen relationships support complex engagementsor critical issues and reinforce confidence in the support program.
Provide guidance and oversightonaccount strategy customer health and risk management. Ensure that team members are proactive well-prepared and aligned to customer and Adobe priorities particularly during periods of change escalations or majorinitiatives.
Refineand operationalizeTechnical Account Management program processes. Work acrossglobalsupport delivery engineering product and otherAdobe teams to ensureconsistency clarity of roles and alignment with broader organizational goals.
Identifypatterns gapsand opportunitiesacross customer feedback delivery outcomes and team input. Drive continuous improvement in processes tools and ways of working that improve both the customer experience andday-to-day effectiveness of the team.
Act as an advocate for the organization byrepresentingteam insights and customer perspectives in cross-functional discussions helping influence priorities related to support readiness product quality and customer impact.
WhatYoullNeed to Succeed
3 years experience managing and growing a Technical Account Management team including experience leading senior or highly experienced individual contributors.
Strong track record of leading complex enterprise customer relationships in digital or software-focused environments.
Demonstrated success leading teams through change including evolving processes operating models or customer expectations.
Proven ability to coach develop andretainhigh-performing professionals while holding teams accountable to clear standards and outcomes.
Strongsenseof ownership and judgment with the ability to balance customer needs team health and business priorities.
Exceptional organizational presentation and communication skillsboth verbal and written in English.
Ability to conveycomplexideasclearlyand influence customers andinternal partnersatmultiple levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional leaders to achieve shared business outcomes oftenwithoutdirect authority.
Technicaldepth and credibilitytoengageconstructivelywith productand engineeringleadersand contribute to discussions that shape roadmap priorities.
Experiencepartnering with Engineering organizations to improve responsiveness release readiness and consideration of customer impact across the product lifecycle.
Experience withAdobe Creative Cloud and/or Document Cloudproductspreferred.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$216200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In Colorado the pay range for this position is $136300 - $197400 In Washington the pay range for this position is $142800 - $206900
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
