Java Full Stack Architect with AI

In the assigned Job Role of Senior Technologist your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Evaluate project requirements and use cases to deliver high-quality design frameworks and production-ready code work products.
Design technology frameworks for complex scenarios develop design patterns and reference implementations. Design reusable assets and conduct design reviews.
Deliver high-quality code across applications databases and integrations.
Optimize code debug complex routines and develop code generators and pilot implementations for reusable components ensuring defect-free production-ready code.
Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment on project goals and technology implementations.
Provide technical guidance to peers and help maintain delivery consistency and code quality
Identify proof of concepts (PoCs) for emerging programming independently develop PoCs for new technologies and complex modules ensuring timely delivery.
Provide inputs for multi-technology and multi-language high risk deployments.
Evaluate and implement technical services to meet high-quality service (QoS) requirements ensuring alignment with business and IT key performance indicators (KPIs).
Create reusable assets and deliver defect-free impactful code to achieve quality benchmarks and Zero-Defect Delivery.
Support complex projects by resolving technical challenges and reducing risk exposure.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform decision-making and enhance project outcomes.
Support test automation and execute test strategies to drive quality improvements.

Required Skill and Experience
Core development & architecture experience in below stacks:
Strong Analysis and Design skills with deep expertise in core development design & architect experience implement design patterns architecture patterns
Expertise in Java Microservice Based Architecture Extensible Architecture Spring Boot Spring Packages and Frameworks Java Script Angular 7 MySQL
Experience in Mesos/Marathon Docker Kubernetes Kafka/RabbitMQ
Experience in developing and deploying Microservices
Good understanding with Refactoring object-oriented and functional design patterns and related areas.
Experience with AWS services or other cloud platforms
Experience in Open-Source frameworks and tools
Ability to write good quality and highly performant code
The architect will evaluate and review performance aspects of new and existing code.
The architect will perform code reviews to ensure that quality is being maintained.
The architect will perform POCs for any new technologies that we may leverage.
Experience in working in a fast-paced and agile environment
Technical expertise to integrate and apply modern AI tools including: OpenAI Claude Gemini etc
Technical Ability to build bespoke AI agents multi-agent systems using Python and frameworks like LangGraph LangChain to build applications tailored to nuanced real-world business needs.
Build AI-assisted workflows (classification enrichment response generation decision support) and implement structured outputs prompt pipelines and reliability safeguard
Effective collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Skill and Experience
Amazon Web Services and cloud deployments (S3 SNS SQS RDS DynamoDB etc.) using tools such as Terraform or AWS CLI
Experience in cloud-based platforms like OpenShift AWS GCP Azure
Experience in Customizing third party COTS products SAAS platforms
Understanding of one or more Domain expertise and associated Industry standards
OS experience in Linux/Solaris/Mac OSX
Industry-acclaimed External Certifications if applicable
Active participation in Technology forums
Contribution to Open Source Community.

Additional Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
