Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Sales Support Representative.

Work Authorization:
To be considered for the Taylor opportunities candidates mustbe authorized towork in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

Printing tickets and putting together job packets
Sample and order retention processes
Leading our Siteline implementation and customer setup for Siteline
Including standardization across multiple departments that need to be in line for this implementation to succeed
New Customer Onboarding and account setup
In house support for remote Account Managers
Support in the continuation of SOPs Work Instructions Job Aids and training documentation.
Work flow assistance in the department
Working with production on pulling samples to send to customers
Working with pre press to get proofs printed plates ordered proofing

Your Shift:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Onsite at MN-North Mankato-2020 Lookout Drive

You Must Have:

A High School diploma or the equivalent
Strong written verbal and digital communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams including production and leadership
A positive solutions-focused mindset with the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives
Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to share ideas and provide constructive feedback
The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and relay information clearly and accurately
Strong attention to detail organizational skills and independent judgement
Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22.00 - 24.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporations total compensation and benefits package for employee.
