About the Role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join at this level and you will be part of the national leadership team developing best practice and clinical excellence that provides a clear point of difference in the health industry.

As the team is currently small in the initial stages of this position you will play quite a hands-on role in working with clinicians and carrying a small caseload. It is essential that youre someone who has the ability to operate in both a tactical and strategic way.

As the role evolves and Team Leaders are also appointed your time will shift towards focusing purely on leadership.

The role can be based out either a Western Sydney or inner west branch. This opportunity also has further scope planned for the next 12-18 months so could be a career defining move for you!

Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership mentoring and supervision to a small but growing team of allied health professionals (mainly OT)
  • Driving operational performance innovation and clinical excellence across Sydney
  • Setting and delivering on the strategic roadmap in line with national business plans
  • Relationships management of external referring partners and governing bodies
  • Develop growth plans both in terms of services the team and overall offering across Sydney

Requirements

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an OT (we may also consider Physio)
  • A minimum of 3 - 4 years in community-based NDIS services as a Senior Clinician (or split between Senior and Team Leader)
  • Demonstrable leadership experience perhaps youre a team leader and ready for that next step
  • Creativity and ideas around service delivery and innovation


Pay range and compensation package

A competitive salary package will be provided in line with experience and capabilities ideally between $125k-$140k super performance-based bonuses. This can absolutely be reviewed for the right person.
