Your future duties and responsibilities:

. 3 years of hands-on experience in chatbot development.
. Strong expertise in GCP especially Dialogflow CX Vertex AI Cloud Run/Functions.
. Proficiency in Python or for building conversational backends and integrations.
. Solid understanding of NLP concepts (tokenization intent/entity models embeddings).
. Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain RAG pipelines vector stores).
. Exposure to omnichannel chatbot deployment (web WhatsApp mobile apps IVR social channels).
. Strong debugging logging and monitoring experience using GCP tools (Stackdriver Cloud Logging).
. Experience with CI/CD tools (Cloud Build GitHub Actions Jenkins).Knowledge of microservices containerization (Docker) Kubernetes (GKE) is a plus.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have Skills:

Strong experience in chatbot development platforms like Dialogflow Microsoft Bot Framework or Rasa

Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python JavaScript or Java

Good understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts

Experience in REST API integration

Knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL)

Understanding of conversational design and user experience

Familiarity with version control tools like Git

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow PyTorch etc.)

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud

Experience in voice bots / speech-to-text integrations

Knowledge of analytics tools for chatbot performance tracking

Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with multilingual chatbot development

Understanding of LLMs and Generative AI use cases
