Our client is now seeking an experienced and values-driven Registered Home Manager to lead this wonderful home and inspire the team around them.
What Our Client Is Looking For
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Careessential
Current or recent CQC Registered Manager statusstrongly preferred
Our client will also consider an experienced Deputy Manager with a strong proven track record who is ready to take the step up
Solid knowledge of CQC regulations and experience managing inspections
A warm person-centred leadership style that reflects the homes ethos
Experience in residential and/or dementia care for older adults

Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management and leadership of the home
Maintaining and building upon the homes Good CQC rating through outstanding practice
Leading inspiring and developing a dedicated care team who share the homes values
Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations safeguarding requirements and all relevant legislation
Managing budgets staffing and resources effectively to ensure the home runs smoothly
Building strong relationships with residents families healthcare professionals and the wider community
Championing a home from home culture where every resident feels safe valued and respected
