Caregiver Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing dressing grooming toileting and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Perform laundry bed changes and home organization
Provide medication reminders (no administration)
Assist with walking wheelchair and mobility support
Observe and report changes in client condition
Use mobile app for clock-in clock-out and documentation
Follow care plans safety and infection control procedures

Caregiver Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year caregiving experience preferred (Caregiver CNA HHA PCA DSP or similar role)
CNA or HHA certification is a plus
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance
Ability to pass National background check
CPR certification and TB test (or willingness to obtain)
Must be dependable professional and compassionate
Comfortable using a smartphone
