Environmental Services Manager – Hospital Housekeeping

Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 to lead hospital housekeeping operations in Grand Forks ND. This 2nd shift healthcare leadership role is responsible for managing EVS teams that ensure a clean safe and sanitary hospital environment for patients staff and visitors.

You will play a key role in patient satisfaction infection control support and team leadership while delivering high-quality environmental services in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Environmental Services/housekeeping staff in a hospital environment
• Ensure a safe clean and infection-free facility in partnership with Infection Control
• Drive patient and client satisfaction scores through service excellence
• Manage daily EVS operations and Unit Operating System performance
• Lead staff training coaching and team development
• Oversee projects compliance and service quality standards
• Support a diverse inclusive and safety-focused workforce

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping custodial or environmental services experience
• Experience leading training and motivating teams in healthcare or hospitality
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Basic computer and systems proficiency
• Must be available for the 2nd shift schedule
