We are seeking a Healthcare SaaS Account Executive (Hybrid Onsite) for a full time and direct hire role for one of our amazing healthcare software partners in South Florida.
You will be responsible for using a consultative sales approach to sell a healthcare SaaS product to healthcare providers post-acute organizations and health systems. This role combines new business growth closing complex deals and expanding strategic partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. This is a true hunter role focused on new logos and expanding existing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders like clinical leaders administrators and executive decision-makers.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle including outbound prospecting contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop a territory strategy focused on healthcare providers Skilled Nursing Facilities home health and hospital systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams.
- Use Salesloft and ZoomInfo to drive targeted outbound campaigns and build a high-quality pipeline.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to uncover clinical operational and financial challenges in the target industry.
- Ability to do product demonstrations both virtually and onsite.
- Ability to position the company within value-based care risk mitigation and quality reporting initiatives.
- Manage opportunities forecasts and activity tracking within CRM systems.
- Strong sense of urgency to respond to RFPs proposals and inbound inquiries.
- Achieve or exceed quota targets.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- 7 years of sales experience carrying a quota.
- Experience working in the Healthcare SaaS industry.
- Experience selling a healthcare SaaS product that integrates to various EHRs is a huge plus.
- Experience working in a start-up environment is a big plus.
- Bachelors degree in business Healthcare Administration or related field.
