• Salary: $78000 $99000 annually based on experience
• $20000 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical training in compliance with regulations
• Evaluate treat and document patient care plans
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients families physicians colleagues and payors
• Participate in center meetings and contribute to team collaboration

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited program
• Valid state Physical Therapist license
• CPR certification
• Prior outpatient experience preferred
