Job Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on detail-driven role focused on the design analysis and development of structural systems for buildings additions and renovations. The ideal candidate is reliable deadline-oriented and experienced in construction and structural design.
You will work closely with architects designers and project teams to deliver safe code-compliant and efficient structural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze structural systems for buildings and infrastructure
- Develop structural drawings details and engineering calculations
- Collaborate with architects to integrate structural functional and aesthetic design
- Ensure compliance with building codes safety standards and regulations
- Conduct site visits and inspections during construction phases
- Evaluate materials and recommend optimal construction methods
- Perform structural risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Prepare engineering reports documentation and project updates
- Coordinate with project managers architects and field teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in the construction or structural design industry required
- PE License or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
- Proficiency in structural analysis and CAD/design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and engineering standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
Compensation & Benefits:
