We are hiring a Sales Manager Drive Technology (Gears & Winches) to lead B2B industrial sales across North and South America. This is a field-based technical sales role focused on gears winches and mechanical drive systems working with customers in manufacturing heavy industry marine mining and energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive industrial sales of gears winches and drive technology products
Lead technical & commercial sales discussions with procurement engineering and operations teams
Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets
Identify and close new business opportunities in industrial markets
Build strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams on quotes proposals and order execution
Track market trends competitors and sales forecasts
Represent the company at client meetings trade shows and industry events
Required Qualifications:
35 years B2B outside sales experience in industrial mechanical or engineered products
