Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager Construction to support a national energy client in Richmond CA. This role focuses on managing complex MEP systems active-site renovations and facilities construction projects within a large national portfolio. You will lead project teams ensure compliance and drive successful delivery across scope schedule budget and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers across multiple construction projects
Oversee full project lifecycle: planning scheduling execution commissioning and closeout
Manage MEP systems renovations and active facility construction environments
Control project scope schedule cost risk and quality compliance
Develop and manage project budgets forecasts and cost estimates
Coordinate with clients subcontractors engineers and field teams
Ensure contract compliance safety standards and regulatory requirements
Resolve project issues and support recovery planning when needed
Maintain accurate documentation reporting and project controls
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
5 years of project management or leadership experience
3 years managing construction or facilities projects
Proven experience with MEP systems and active-site renovations
Strong background in project controls scheduling and forecasting
Experience with construction/project management and financial systems
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) Adobe Visio and scheduling tools
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
