Job Summary

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager Construction to support a national energy client in Richmond CA. This role focuses on managing complex MEP systems active-site renovations and facilities construction projects within a large national portfolio. You will lead project teams ensure compliance and drive successful delivery across scope schedule budget and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers across multiple construction projects
  • Oversee full project lifecycle: planning scheduling execution commissioning and closeout
  • Manage MEP systems renovations and active facility construction environments
  • Control project scope schedule cost risk and quality compliance
  • Develop and manage project budgets forecasts and cost estimates
  • Coordinate with clients subcontractors engineers and field teams
  • Ensure contract compliance safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve project issues and support recovery planning when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation reporting and project controls

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of project management or leadership experience
  • 3 years managing construction or facilities projects
  • Proven experience with MEP systems and active-site renovations
  • Strong background in project controls scheduling and forecasting
  • Experience with construction/project management and financial systems
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) Adobe Visio and scheduling tools
  • Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
