One of our clients is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying engaging and qualifying new business opportunities with a strong focus on cybersecurity solutions.
This role requires a proactive commercially minded individual who can combine structured sales execution with strong collaboration across Sales and Marketing functions to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify engage and qualify potential leads through strategic outreach methods including calls emails and social media platforms.
- Actively promote and support the sale of cybersecurity solutions and services targeting enterprise and mid-market customers across the MEA region.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to design and execute targeted demand generation campaigns.
- Manage and maintain accurate pipeline activity using CRM systems and sales tools (e.g. Outreach Sales Navigator ZoomInfo Salesforce or equivalents).
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends competitor activity and customer requirements.
- Provide regular market and customer insights to support sales strategy and marketing effectiveness.
- Support both inbound and outbound sales activities balancing warm and cold outreach to build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Contribute to overall business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting the broader sales organization.
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in Inside Sales Business Development or Sales Development roles.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT and cybersecurity solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce Outreach Sales Navigator ZoomInfo or similar platforms.
- Self-motivated highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand technical solutions and market dynamics.
- Strong team player with a results-oriented and professional mindset.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required; French is a plus.
