About the Role

We are looking for a Junior BI Analyst with hands-on knowledge of Power BI and Tableau to support the creation of dashboards reports KPIs and visual data analysis.

This role is ideal for a junior engineer junior data analyst or early-career BI professional who enjoys transforming raw data into clear useful and business-friendly insights.

The ideal candidate should be analytical detail-oriented curious organized and eager to learn.

Main Objective of the Position

The main goal of this position is to help the business make better decisions by creating clear dashboards visual reports and data summaries using tools such as Power BI Tableau Excel and basic SQL.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Creation & Reporting

• Build update and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Create visual reports that are easy to understand for business users.
• Support the design of KPIs charts tables scorecards and visual summaries.

Data Preparation & Analysis

• Clean organize and validate data from different sources.
• Work with Excel spreadsheets databases and structured datasets.
• Identify trends inconsistencies patterns and opportunities through data.

Business Intelligence Support

• Help translate business needs into useful dashboards and reports.
• Support teams with recurring reports and ad hoc data requests.
• Document dashboards data sources definitions and report updates.

Communication & Presentation

• Explain data findings in a simple and practical way.
• Present insights clearly to non-technical users.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

The candidate should have:

• Degree or advanced studies in Systems Engineering Industrial Engineering Computer Science Data Analytics Statistics Business Finance or related fields.
• Practical knowledge of Power BI.
• Practical knowledge of Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Basic or intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to clean organize and interpret structured data.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain data in simple business language.

Preferred Qualifications

These are not mandatory but highly valuable:

• Experience with Power Query.
• Basic knowledge of DAX.
• Experience using Tableau Public.
• Portfolio with dashboards or data visualization projects.
• Academic internship freelance or professional BI/data projects.
• Basic understanding of ETL processes.
• Basic knowledge of Python is a plus.
• English proficiency is a plus.
