Job Summary
We are working closely alongside Nottingham Community Housing Association to assist with the appointment of a Cleaner on a 1-months contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Summary:
Nottingham Community Housing Association is looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our Corporate Offices team. The primary purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive high-quality cleaning service across NCHA office sites. You will be responsible for ensuring a clean safe and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors adhering to strict health and safety standards while upholding the associations core values.
Responsibilities:
- Clean designated office areas according to the agreed work schedule ensuring a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises.
- Maintain specialist cleaning equipment in good working order ensuring it is stored securely. Promptly report any defects to the Senior Caretaker.
- Ensure the safe use and storage of cleaning chemicals and dangerous substances in strict compliance with COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.
- Ensure the service area is safe and secure if you are the last person to leave the premises.
Essentials:
- A solid understanding of Health and Safety requirements regarding the storage of materials and equipment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills are required for completing activity sheets and reading safety instructions.
- Demonstrable experience cleaning professional business premises.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
