Role Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with a strong functional and technical understanding of Business Central along with experience in Customer Service Hub and ticketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementations configurations and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
- Work with Customer Service Hub for ticket generation tracking and resolution workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements
- Provide functional expertise across finance and operations processes
- Support system integrations and data migration activities
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory certification: MB-800 (Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central preferred)
- Experience working with Customer Service Hub / ticketing platforms
- Relevant certifications such as:
- PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals)
- MB-210 (Dynamics 365 Sales)
- MB-230 (Dynamics 365 Customer Service)
- Other relevant certifications are a plus
- Understanding of business processes across finance and operations (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with integrations and Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform Azure)
- Prior experience in end-to-end implementation projects
