Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in client facilities ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping sweeping dusting and vacuuming

• Clean and disinfect public bathrooms break rooms and common areas

• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners

• Restock supplies (paper towels toilet paper soap etc.)

• Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs

• Follow safety protocols and properly handle cleaning chemicals

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed

• Assist with setup and cleanup for events or meetings

• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience cleaning public bathrooms (required)

• Valid drivers license (required)

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures

• Ability to work independently and deliver quality service without supervision

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed
