About the Role
We are currently hiring for a Commercial HVAC Technician position for individuals who are dependable safety-conscious and experienced in servicing commercial heating ventilation air conditioning and related mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities

• Install service maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems and related equipment
• Diagnose system issues and complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections testing and system checks
• Work with rooftop units split systems ventilation systems and related commercial equipment
• Read work orders service records and technical information carefully
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards site requirements and company procedures
• Communicate clearly with customers building staff site contacts and internal team members
• Maintain accurate service records notes and job documentation
• Identify worn damaged or failing components and recommend next steps as needed
• Support clean organized and professional job site practices

Requirements

• Experience working with commercial HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical or control-related issues
• Strong understanding of safe work practices and job site procedures
• Ability to use tools meters testing equipment and service-related materials properly
• Reliable transportation if travel between service locations is required
• Strong attention to detail and dependable work habits
• Ability to follow technical procedures service schedules and site requirements
• Professional attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with commercial service calls maintenance programs and repair work
• Familiarity with rooftop units commercial air handling systems and building HVAC equipment
• Ability to read diagrams equipment manuals and technical notes
• Strong problem-solving ability and practical troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Relevant trade certification ticket or licensing where required
