Position:Center Manager-Physical Therapist

Location: Marion IL

Compensation: $ annually based on years of experience

Incentive:$20000 Bonus and/or Student Debt Benefit Program

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Marion IL is looking to hire a compassionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating Center Manager. You will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient/ortho therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.

This is a treating management position ILPT license is required to be considered. Previous management experience is HIGHLY preferred but not required to be considered. We can train a physical therapist who has at least two years of recent outpatient orthopedic experience for the additional responsibilities.

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
