Concierge Driver

Position Title: Pickup and Delivery Driver / Concierge Driver

Status: Non - Exempt

Reports to: Service Manager

Summary/Objective

• The Concierge driver will take customers around the Brenham area while their vehicles are in service. Pick up customers vehicles and deliver vehicle back to the customer. When the driver is not out in the community the driver may be asked to greet customers check in vehicles to service assist in answering phone calls and calling customers to schedule service.

Essential Functions

• Drive customers to and from their homes or local businesses while vehicle is in service

• Maintain courteous and professional relationships with customers

• Keep shuttle van clean and tidy

• Shuttle vehicle is a Ford company provided vehicle

• Good sense of direction

• Must be able to perform all duties associated with operating a vehicle safely

• Must know how to maneuver their vehicles during rush hours by using the best possible routes

• Consistent attendance and punctuality are required in this position

• Be a team player

• Be able to accept and follow detailed instructions

• Organized

Travel

No travel outside of the daily driving in the area is expected for this position

Education and Experience

• Minimum of High School degree or equivalent

• Valid drivers license required
