Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Director Global Value & Access Strategy HIV Treatment our Director of GV&A HIV Execution ICR midsize markets will:

• Partner closely with ICR market teams to adapt and drive execution of GV&A strategies and launch plans to optimize access reimbursement and uptake of HIV franchise products (both HIV Treatment and Prevention) aligned to local needs.

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement awareness of unmet needs HIV product value propositions and health economic tools to support HIV value demonstration and differentiation.

• Lead the implementation of new capabilities including Value Strategy & Realization (VS&R) tailored to local requirements and opportunities in collaboration with the GV&A triad and the GV&A Capabilities & Execution Lead. to ensure understanding of strategy disease/product data managing payer objections including negotiation skills for successful launch execution.

• Support V&A stakeholder engagement plans across ICR market affiliates develop engagement objectives and tools to monitor activities and KPIs.

• Support payer research and insights generation (as needed) to understand HIV product value perception V&A landscape trends value drivers and test value messages.

• Provide the ICR market regional perspective and champion local markets needs into development of GV&A strategies and materials.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

Were seeking a strategic influential leader with the following:

• At least 12 years experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry in market access-related activities with a Bachelors degree OR 10 years experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry in market access-related activities with a MS/MA degree OR 8 years experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry in market access-related activities with a PhD.

• Experience in regional/country market access launch planning and execution is required experience within the ICR region is preferred although not required.

• HIV disease area experience and market knowledge an advantage

• Strong understanding of payer environment including HTA pricing and reimbursement contracting and negotiation and policy development

• Experience developing V&A strategies and dossier submissions including value messages HEOR models and tools to support implementation in key markets

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across functions and levels in a matrix environment: skilled facilitator communicator and strategic thinker

• Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders to achieve the objective

• Curious with learning agility; Operationally excellent
