Imagineers a well-respected and highly regarded property management company with offices in Hartford and Seymour is seeking a skilled full-time 40 hours per week Lead Rental Maintenance Superintendent in Hartford.

The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled handyman/woman with a minimum of 3-5 years of related general maintenance experience. This position is responsible for the maintenance and janitorial upkeep for four (4) Hartford-based rental properties. The individual must be organized with attention to detail be able to work independently possess strong communication skills have supervisory experience and the ability to manage people be proficient with all basic work tools and able to perform general routine property maintenance and inspections as assigned. This individual will also direct trades workers as needed. Must have a truck or a vehicle capable of carrying work materials. Will be responsible for emergency on call. Required education:

High school or equivalent

Qualifications:

Valid drivers license Own reliable transportation (truck preferred) 3-5 years of skilled maintenance janitorial/cleaning experience
Supervisory experience and the ability to manage people
Clean background check
