At Handyman Connection of Fishers were looking for a motivated Craftsman Apprenticesomeone who has some trade experience but wants to grow learn and gain professional hands-on training alongside seasoned experts in the field. We take care of the business sidescheduling marketing customer managementso you can focus on honing your skills gaining real-world experience and becoming a highly skilled craftsman.

What Were Looking for in a Craftsman Apprentice

Eager to Learn & Grow You have a strong work ethic a willingness to learn and a goal of becoming a skilled craftsman.
Basic Knowledge of Tools & Safety Procedures Comfortable using hand tools measuring equipment and basic power tools under supervision.
Reliable & Professional Show up on time and ready to work follow instructions and treat customers homes with respect and care.
Smartphone Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access and be comfortable using our in-field mobile app daily.
Valid Drivers License We take pride in offering our customers trustworthiness and confidence in our brand.
Availability Typical work hours are 8 AM 5 PM but we offer flexible scheduling based on your needs and those of our customers.

What Youll Do:

Assist skilled craftsmen on home repair and improvement projects

Learn carpentry drywall painting and basic installations
Help prep job sites and maintain clean organized work areas
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Support project completion from start to finish
