At Performance Plus our cleaners help create safe clean and welcoming environments for our clients. Were looking for reliable detail-oriented team members who take pride in their work and represent our company with professionalism and respect.

Essential Functions

Clean restrooms hard surfaces floors and common areas
Sweep mop vacuum and maintain floors and carpets
Safely use and handle cleaning chemicals following company guidelines
Maintain professional and respectful interactions at client sites
Use timekeeping systems keys and security codes as assigned
Restock supplies and report shortages equipment issues or safety concerns
Perform routine and non-routine cleaning as assigned

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Reliable attendance and availability for assigned schedules
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Cleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided
Valid drivers license required for travel to job sites; some positions require operating company vehicles

Work Environment

Physically active role requiring lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally
May require ladder use and operation of equipment
Work performed in varied environments with temperatures ranging from 0F to 90FLimpiador/a Profesional

Funciones Esenciales

Limpiar baños superficies duras pisos y áreas comunes
Barrer trapear aspirar y mantener pisos y alfombras
Usar y manejar productos químicos de limpieza de forma segura según las normas de la empresa
Mantener interacciones profesionales y respetuosas en los sitios del cliente
Utilizar sistemas de control de tiempo llaves y códigos de seguridad asignados
Reabastecer suministros e informar faltantes problemas de equipo o riesgos de seguridad
Realizar tareas de limpieza rutinarias y no rutinarias según lo asignado

Requisitos

Tener al menos 18 años de edad
Asistencia confiable y disponibilidad para los horarios asignados
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente con mínima supervisión
Fuerte atención a los detalles
Experiencia en limpieza es preferida pero no requerida; se proporciona capacitación
Se requiere licencia de conducir válida para trasladarse a los sitios de trabajo; algunos puestos requieren conducir vehículos de la empresa

Ambiente de Trabajo
