Masters Degree Accredited School of Social Work Required
Experience
2 years of experience providing Palliative Care or End of Life care Preferred
2 years of social work experience in a medical setting Preferred
Licenses
PA Social Worker License Preferred
PA Clinical Social Worker Lic Preferred
