Supervising Pharmacist
Naas Co. Kildare
Salary: 80000 DOE
45 Hours per Week 5 Days Over 7
ISS Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Supervising Pharmacist to join a well-established and highly respected pharmacy in Naas Co. Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven pharmacy professional to step into a key leadership role within a customer-focused and supportive environment.
The Role
As Supervising Pharmacist you will take overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the pharmacy while delivering exceptional patient care and leading the dispensary team to the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy in line with PSI regulations
Ensure safe accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
Provide professional healthcare advice and excellent customer service
Supervise mentor and support pharmacy staff
Drive best practice in patient care and medicines management
Maintain compliance with all legal ethical and professional obligations
Manage stock control ordering and dispensary procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers patients and healthcare professionals
Contribute to the commercial growth and success of the pharmacy
Requirements
Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
Minimum 5 years post-registration experience required
Previous experience in a Supervising Pharmacist or senior pharmacist role desirable
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to patient care
Commercial awareness with a proactive approach
