Senior Housing Designer

l Responsible for the design of the eDrive housing (incl. lubricating & cooling structures) and other casting components follows BorgWarner development process and design guideline.

l Cooperate with project team take lead to release the Casting components design within the timing plan.

l Responsible for the casting component DFMEA and special characteristic list.

l Responsible for problem solving of casting components related failure problem.

l Responsible for design for manufacturing review with supplier(s) optimize design if necessary.

l Work with a cross-functional team (i.e. CAE) to optimize the design to meet design and/or cost target.

l Cooperate with a cross-functional team to get lessons learned and update design guidelines share with global housing design team get lessons learned globally and implementation.
