Rate: $18.21-$21.90/hr
Shift: Part-Time Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming toileting eating and mobility
• Safely transfer transport and reposition residents using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Obtain and record vital signs and weights as directed
• Maintain resident dignity privacy confidentiality and rights at all times
• Assist with admissions discharges and restorative nursing activities
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain clean safe and organized resident rooms and care areas
• Follow infection control practices safety procedures and facility policies
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality resident care
• Perform additional duties within the CNA scope of practice as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid NYS Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification required
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or with a geriatric population preferred
• Strong communication customer service and teamwork skills
• Compassionate resident-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Commitment to professionalism safety and quality care
