Key Responsibilities:
KBR seeks a Program Manager to support the CAPE Joint Data Support (JDS) Division. CAPE JDS is a multi-source funded and OSD CAPE managed organization responsible for identifying collecting developing analyzing managing and disseminating historical current and future years U.S. and Non-U.S. forces inventory capabilities and deployment data (including planning programming and acquisition data) supporting collaborative study teams guided by the Analysis Working Group (AWG). JDS develops standardized data products and analytic tools to support Joint analytic efforts focused on Senior Leader decision support. Additionally JDS supports AWG led SCI/SAP/SAR studies and analyses.
The Program Manager will serve as the contractors single contract manager and authorized interface with the client on large or complex information technology programs. Performs program management and oversight to ensure successful program performance. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards assigning contractor schedules reviewing work discrepancies supervising contractor and subcontractor personnel and communicating policies purposes and goals of the organization to subordinates. Responsible for overall contract performance.

Required:
Must have an active Secret security clearance to be considered for the position
Bachelors Degree and 12 years of relevant work experience in the DoW at OSD or Joint Staff level project/program management technology development or systems engineering
Excellent organizations skills; ability to plan track and maintain due dates for multiple projects and products central to the organizations business processes
Experience communicating effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience
Ability to work collaboratively with personnel at all levels of the customer organization to deliver results; strong networking interpersonal and customer service skills are key
Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with persons working across a broad array of National Security and DoW organizations

Basic Compensation:
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Salary for OH candidates: $160K-180K
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus relocation benefits short term incentives long term incentives or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
