Location: Fort Worth TX (This is an on-site position. Candidates must work from our office location.)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $40750 - $49860 per year

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers assisting them with inquiries resolving issues and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a patient and friendly demeanor and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Assist customers with orders billing and account inquiries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
