Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Nantucket MA.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer diagnostic tests to assess patient mobility and impairments
- Provide therapeutic treatments and modify plans based on progress
- Document patient care progress and treatment outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapy programs and home exercises
- Collaborate with healthcare team for patient care and discharge planning
- Supervise PT Assistants aides and students when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Massachusetts PT license
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work with adult and pediatric patients
