Job Summary

Position Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Nantucket MA
Type: Contract

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Nantucket MA.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate new patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Administer diagnostic tests to assess patient mobility and impairments
Provide therapeutic treatments and modify plans based on progress
Document patient care progress and treatment outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapy programs and home exercises
Collaborate with healthcare team for patient care and discharge planning
Supervise PT Assistants aides and students when needed

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
Active Massachusetts PT license
BLS certification required
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work with adult and pediatric patients
