Job Summary
- Participation in Design Meetings
- Attend and actively participate in all design-related meetings.
- Represent the integration perspective to ensure alignment between disciplines.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate designers contractors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless communication among all parties involved in the design process.
- Cross-Disciplinary Design Coordination
- Manage design coordination across all specialties including Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) and OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed).
- Monitor and manage design changes and variations ensuring timely communication and approval.
- Timeline & Milestone Management
- Monitor design timelines to ensure they align with overall project milestones.
- Proactively address any potential delays or risks to the schedule.
- Documentation & Digital Tools
- Oversee the use of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) ensuring accurate records of all design deliverables revisions and correspondence.
- Maintain interface trackers and integration matrices for the DCI (Design Coordination & Integration) scope.
- Integration Workshops & Closeout
- Facilitate and document integration workshops to resolve technical and coordination issues.
- Drive the closeout of all design construction and commissioning interfaces.
- Reporting & Communication
- Deliver integration logs risk registers meeting notes and weekly reports.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to project management and the client.
- Report progress to project leadership and update client systems.
- Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to all project procedures and reporting cycles.
- Technical degree required (Architecture Engineering or related field)
- Previous experience in Data Centre integration design roles
- Mandatory fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred
- Willingness for geographic relocation
- Strong coordination communication and stakeholder management skills
- Thorough understanding of multi-disciplinary design processes
- Experience with digital tools for design management (e.g. ACC)
- Proactive risk and issue management
