About You
As a Care Assistant in Community reablement service youll be playing a key role in helping our customers regain their independence and to live their lives independently.
This could include helping customers to relearn daily living skills both at home and outside in the community. This role will involve assisting customer with personal care medication support mobility and preparing meals.
Regardless of your Care experience you will be fully trained and assigned a mentor who will take you out to meet some of our customers and work alongside you until you are confident and competent in the role. After your induction training with guaranteed contracted hours we will support you to progress within the company paying for ongoing specialist training nationally recognised qualifications and well-being support.
As this is a Care Assistant role in the community we will need you to have access to a car and a full driving licence with business insurance. With rising petrol costs we offer the government maximum tax-free mileage allowance of 45p per mile as well as paying your time travelling between customers.

- 14.75 per hour weekday rate 16.75 per hour weekend rate
- 29.50 per hour (double pay on bank holidays)
